Overview

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra was the first Galaxy with a 108MP camera and a periscope telephoto, alongside a 6.9 inch QHD+ display and up to 16GB of RAM.

Cameras

The 108MP main sensor at f/1.8 with optical image stabilisation captures enormous detail, with the headroom to crop hard and keep a usable image. A 48MP periscope telephoto folds the light path inside the body to reach up to 10x hybrid zoom, joined by a 12MP ultrawide. A refurbished Galaxy S20 Ultra records 8K at 24fps, with a 40MP front camera.

Display

The 6.9 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X resolves QHD+ at 120Hz with HDR10+, the largest screen in the S20 range, behind Gorilla Glass 6.

Performance and charging

The Exynos 990 with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, expandable by microSD to 1TB. The 5000mAh battery takes 45W wired, faster than the rest of the S20 line, plus 15W wireless and reverse wireless.
