Every refurbished Google Pixel we stock. Pixels are bought for two things: the camera processing, which is software rather than hardware, and Google's long update commitment, which matters more on a refurbished phone because you start partway through it. Check the support window on the model you are considering.
What refurbished means here
Two different things are sold side by side. Brand New means sealed and unused, with the full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished means pre-owned, fully tested, and graded for cosmetic condition.
A grade describes how a device looks. It never describes how it works: a Fair device passes exactly the same functional testing as a Pristine one.
Which condition should you choose
Everything in stock today is Pristine. Other grades appear in the condition selector on a product page as soon as they are back in stock, so there is nothing to choose between right now.
What is covered if something goes wrong
Every device carries a free 12-month warranty from the day it is delivered. If a covered fault appears we repair or replace it.
Changed your mind: tell us within 14 days of delivery and you have a further 14 days to send it back, with return postage yours to pay. Faulty within 30 days: a full refund including the postage you paid.
How quickly it arrives
Standard delivery is free on every order, fully tracked, and arrives in 2 to 3 days. Next-day delivery is £7: order before 11 AM, Monday to Friday. You can also pay online and collect in person from 86 Esmond Road, Manchester, England, M8 9LZ.
