Welcome to GlobeMarket. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website globemarket.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

GlobeMarket is a retailer of refurbished and pre-owned mobile phones, electronics and accessories. GlobeMarket is a subsidiary of Tech Wala Group Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 14946084). 2. Products & Descriptions
Most products we sell are professionally refurbished or pre-owned and are graded by condition. Each device is tested and described as accurately as possible, including its grade and any cosmetic notes. As refurbished items are unique, the photographs shown are for illustration and a specific unit may vary slightly in cosmetic appearance. All products are subject to availability, and we may update or withdraw a listing at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT unless stated otherwise. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order acknowledgement by email; this confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and your card details are not stored by us. Orders are processed once payment has been authorised in full.
6. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timescales shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address; we are not liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel or return eligible items in line with our returns process. Full details — including return windows, conditions, and how to return an item — are set out in our Refund & Return policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise on the product listing, our devices come with a warranty (typically 12 months). If a covered fault occurs within the warranty period we will repair or replace the device at our discretion. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, normal wear and tear, battery degradation from normal use, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or software issues caused by the user. 9. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate, current information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, interfering with the site’s operation, or using it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the GlobeMarket name and logo, text, graphics, images and design — is owned by or licensed to GlobeMarket and Tech Wala Group Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data — you are responsible for backing up your data before returning any device. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page periodically for changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
