Overview

The Google Pixel 8 Pro is the most affordable route into a full Pixel Pro camera system, with three rear lenses and a 6.7 inch LTPO display.

Cameras

A 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation is joined by a 48MP telephoto at 5x optical zoom and a 48MP ultrawide covering 125.5 degrees. That telephoto is the reason to choose a refurbished Pixel 8 Pro over the standard Pixel 8, giving genuine reach without cropping. Video records at 4K 60fps.

Display

The 6.7 inch Super Actua LTPO OLED runs at 120Hz, peaks at 2400 nits and resolves 1344 x 2992 at 489 ppi. LTPO lets the refresh rate drop when the screen is static, which is how a panel this large protects the battery. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 covers it.

Performance and battery

Google’s Tensor G3 pairs with 12GB of RAM, in 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage. The 5050mAh battery charges at 30W wired or wirelessly on any Qi pad, with IP68 water resistance, Wi-Fi 6E and seven years of updates from Android 14.
