Overview
The Google Pixel 10a brings Google’s newest 3nm Tensor G5 chip into the value-focused A-series, which is unusual: the A-series normally runs a generation behind.
Performance
The Tensor G5 is built on a 3nm process, the same silicon as the flagship Pixel 10, paired here with 8GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB storage. That means a refurbished Pixel 10a runs Google’s on-device AI features locally rather than sending them to the cloud.
Camera
A 48MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation leads, with a 13MP ultrawide covering 120 degrees and a 13MP front camera. Video records at 4K 30fps. Google’s computational photography is what makes A-series Pixels outperform their sensor size.
Display and build
The 6.3 inch Actua OLED runs at 90Hz and peaks at 2700 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass 3, set in an aluminium frame with a plastic back that survives drops better than glass. IP68 water resistance covers dust and full immersion.
Support
Launching on Android 15 with seven years of guaranteed OS and security updates, alongside Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, wireless charging and an under-display fingerprint reader.
